Our Apartments
Our apartment complex is multi-story development on the corner of Customs Street West and Lower Hobson Street. The Sebel development comprises of 7 commercial units and 144 residential units. The majority of the residential units are operated by the Sebel Hotel, with some permeant private residents and short-term rental units throughout the apartments complex. All our apartments are available for short-term rental, right in the heart of the Viaduct. It’s one of Auckland’s most desired locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll.
You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool.
The bustling Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk, with numerous restaurants, bars and eateries, while Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of upmarket food options. The Auckland ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Rangitoto Island, an extinct volcano or Waiheke Island, with plentiful vineyards and winery tours.
